Artwork & Quote Checklist

What to send so we can review your design, recommend a method and prepare a useful quote.

Send the best artwork you have

Share your original logo or design file when available. A small screenshot or image copied from social media can lose detail; sending the original gives us a better starting point. If you are unsure about the file, send what you have and tell us where the design came from.

Include the desired decoration width and height, even if they are estimates. A design that looks clear when enlarged on a screen may need adjustments for a small embroidered logo or a limited print area.

Show us where it goes

Describe each location separately, such as left chest, full front, back or cap front. Include a photo or reference showing the intended placement. For bags, backpacks, golf bags or upholstery, show the whole item and a close-up of the area; construction and access can affect what is possible.

Your quote checklist

An estimate is useful while planning. Tell us which details may change, because a change in artwork, garments or quantity can change the quote.

Embroidery files and print artwork are different

Embroidery digitizing creates machine stitch instructions from artwork. A logo image alone is not a digitized embroidery file. If you have a previous stitch file, include it for review. Any applicable setup charges are quoted separately.

For printing, the number of colors, design coverage and print locations help determine the approach. Detailed full-color artwork may suit DTF; larger identical runs may suit screen printing. Compare decoration methods.

Before supplying your own items

Send item details or photos first. Customer-supplied goods are subject to review and an additional fee. Garment material, heat sensitivity, seams and access to the decoration area can affect suitability. Ask us to confirm the project before buying items specifically for decoration.

Proofs and payment

Proof inclusion is confirmed case by case with your order. Most screen-printing orders receive an artwork proof for approval. For embroidery and DTF, proofs generally accompany orders of 24 pieces or more, subject to project review. Small orders, including one- and two-item orders, do not include a proof; you can request one for an additional charge, confirmed with your inquiry. Ask us to confirm whether a proof is included before placing your order.

Orders totaling $100 or less require full payment. Orders of $100.01 or more may be placed with a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due at pickup or shipping.
