Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Joy Embroidery handles information through joyembroidery.com and its project inquiry service.
Information we collect
When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, project details, and any organization, decoration preferences, quantities, garment information, requested dates, artwork links or files you choose to provide. Our hosting and security providers also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, page requests and anti-abuse checks.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, communicate about and fulfill projects, maintain business records, and protect the website. Uploaded artwork is used for the requested project, not for advertising or marketing. Please do not submit payment-card details, passwords or unrelated sensitive information through the inquiry form.
Where information goes
Cloudflare hosts the website and inquiry service, stores inquiry records and private artwork, and provides security checks, staff access controls and website analytics. HubSpot receives inquiry contact and project details, reference numbers, filenames and a protected link to the staff inquiry desk. The current integration does not upload your artwork files into HubSpot. Notification emails and customer correspondence are handled through our business email service, Gmail.
Information is available to authorized Joy personnel and service providers supporting these functions. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or the security of our services. External websites, including artwork-sharing services you link to, have their own privacy practices.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
Cloudflare Web Analytics collects website traffic and performance measurements. According to Cloudflare, its Web Analytics service does not use cookies or localStorage for analytics or track visitors across websites. Security, spam prevention and staff sign-in may separately use cookies or similar technology. Google Analytics is not currently installed.
Our website does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. We do not operate cross-site behavioral advertising tracking on this website. Cloudflare may process technical information through its security and analytics services; see Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. Retention and protection
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for inquiries, project work, customer service, business records and legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the information and purpose. Staff can download and back up artwork, then schedule deletion of its Cloudflare copies after a seven-day grace period. Removing those files does not automatically remove inquiry metadata, HubSpot records, emails or separate backups.
Artwork storage is private and the staff desk requires authentication. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can omit optional form fields or contact us directly instead. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, email [email protected] or call 951-683-7232. Include enough information to locate your inquiry, such as its reference number. We may verify your identity before acting and may retain information needed for legal obligations or legitimate business purposes, subject to applicable law.
