Artwork Proofs & Payment
Understand what is included and confirm the details before placing your order.
Ask whether your order includes a proof
Proof inclusion is confirmed case by case with your order. Most screen-printing orders receive an artwork proof for approval. For embroidery and DTF, proofs generally accompany orders of 24 pieces or more, subject to project review.
Small orders and optional proofs
Small orders, including one- and two-item orders, do not include a proof. If you would like one, ask when you inquire. A proof can be provided for an additional charge, which we confirm directly with you. Do not assume a proof is included based only on the decoration method.
When reviewing a proof
Check names and spelling, the artwork version, placement and the project details shown. If something needs changing, tell us clearly before approving. A screen preview is a reference for the design; thread, ink and fabric can reproduce details differently. Ask us about any color or fine-detail concerns.
Payment for orders of $100 or less
Orders totaling $100 or less require full payment.
Payment for orders above $100
Orders totaling $100.01 or more may be placed with a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due at pickup or shipping. Ask us to confirm the total and payment arrangements with your order.
