Choose one organizer to gather the artwork, garment colors, total quantity and a size-by-size breakdown. Note adult and youth sizes separately. If designs, names, numbers or print dimensions vary between items, describe those differences rather than treating the order as one identical run.
Give us the date the apparel is needed in hand, along with any event or distribution plans. A requested date is not a confirmed production commitment; timing is reviewed with the project details.
Plan for school and organization artwork
Use artwork your school, team or organization is authorized to reproduce. Send the approved logo file when available and tell us about required colors, placements or school approval steps. Keep a final size list and design reference so everyone is reviewing the same project.
Questions before you order
Can you help with fundraiser apparel?
We can review apparel for a fundraiser or school event. Tell us the expected quantity, budget range, design and date. Ask about arrangements you need rather than assuming an online store or individual-order collection is included.
Can youth and adult garments share one design?
The artwork must fit each item. Youth garments may need a different print size, which can affect how a screen-printing order meets the minimum. Send the complete size range for review.
