Plan a Group Apparel Order
A practical checklist for businesses, school teams and club organizers.

Have one organizer collect decisions and questions. Keep the garment choice, artwork version, size list and requested completion date together so your group is working from the same information.
Build a size and quantity list
Record the garment style, color, size and quantity for each group of items. Separate adult and youth sizes, and note any individual names, numbers or designs. Double-check the totals before requesting a final quote.
Our screen-printing minimum is 24 pieces with identical artwork and print dimensions. If your order has variations or different-sized designs, let us review those details rather than assuming every item can be combined toward one minimum.
Choose for how the apparel will be used
A staff polo, an event T-shirt and a team jacket serve different purposes. Consider fit, comfort, weather, intended wear and how often the item will be washed. Ask for help choosing suitable garments before finalizing the decoration.
Work backward from your event
Tell us when the items must be in hand and allow time for your group’s own decisions and distribution. Availability, artwork review and the production schedule affect timing. Ask us to confirm an estimated completion date; a requested date alone does not reserve production time.
Keep a record for next time
Save the order reference, artwork, garment details and final size list. For a reorder, send the previous reference and the new quantities. We will review current garment availability, production timing and pricing.
