Why screen printing works well for larger orders
Screen printing applies ink through prepared screens to reproduce your artwork on fabric. Setup is shared across the order, making it generally the most cost-effective decoration method at higher quantities, especially when everyone uses the same design. Artwork colors, print locations, garments and quantity all affect the quote.
Screen printing requires at least 24 pieces using identical artwork and print dimensions. Share your size breakdown and design so we can review the order details.
Smaller order or detailed, full-color artwork?
DTF transfers are a practical alternative when your quantity falls below the screen-printing minimum, or when your artwork has many colors, gradients and fine details. For a premium stitched finish on polos, hats and uniforms, explore custom embroidery.
What to send for your screen-printing quote
Include your artwork, total quantity, sizes, preferred garment type and colors, print locations, and the date you need the apparel. Let us know whether you need help choosing garments or plan to bring your own. Customer-supplied garments are subject to review and an additional fee.
For club or event orders, one point of contact and a collected size list help us review the project efficiently. See our FAQs for turnaround and rush-request guidance.

Questions before you order
Can an order include different shirt sizes?
Send your size breakdown with the inquiry. Our 24-piece minimum uses identical artwork and print dimensions. A design that works on an adult shirt may not fit a smaller youth size, so let us review the full size range before you finalize the order.
What affects screen-printing pricing?
Quantity, garment selection, artwork colors and the number of print locations all affect the quote. Front and back decoration are separate locations. Larger runs of the same design generally spread setup across more pieces.
What if I need fewer than 24 pieces or a very colorful design?
DTF transfers have no minimum and can be a practical fit for small quantities, gradients and detailed full-color artwork. We can compare the approaches after reviewing your design and items.
Can you match a logo across shirts and embroidered polos?
We can review both items as part of a coordinated order. Ink, thread and fabric reproduce color differently, so tell us which brand colors and details matter most. We’ll discuss suitable artwork and decoration for each item.
