Turnaround & Rush Orders
Plan around your event date and ask us to confirm what is possible.
Tell us when the items must be in hand
Include the actual date you need the finished apparel, along with any event or distribution plans. A requested completion date is not a confirmed production commitment. We’ll review the project and confirm an estimated completion date.
Allow time for the whole project
During off-peak seasons, our standard turnaround is up to two weeks. Timing may vary during busy periods and depends on the project, garment availability and artwork approval. Leave time for your group to choose garments, collect sizes and make any required decisions.
Rush availability is reviewed individually
Rush orders may be available when our production schedule and garment availability allow. An additional rush fee applies. Send your deadline, quantity, artwork and garment details so we can review availability and pricing before you place the order.
Need same-day service?
Call 951-683-7232 as soon as possible. Same-day embroidery may be available depending on the project and schedule, but must be confirmed by our team before you order. An online inquiry or requested date alone does not reserve rush production.
Help your group stay on track
Use one organizer, one final artwork version and a collected size list. Tell us about individual names, numbers, youth sizes or design variations early. If your date or order details change, contact us so we can review the effect on the project.
